Verruckt, the world’s tallest waterslide opens to the public

The slide requires thrill-seekers to climb 264 stairs up to a platform standing at 168 feet, which measures 94 inches taller than the statue of liberty. Before plummeting down at speeds of up to 65 miles-per-hour, visitors need to weigh themselves to ensure the combined weight of the two or three passengers onboard does not exceed 550 pounds.
