Underwater walking robot

Researchers at the Korean Institute of Ocean Science and Technology have developed the Crabster to inspect the seabed structure and shipwrecks off the coast of the Korea Peninsula.

The Crabster has 10 optical cameras and a long range scanning sonar so that it is able to perform precise inspection and manipulation in low visibility environments.
