Psychologists talk about the “always on” syndrome, and people feeling overwhelmed. However, Gesine Schaffer, a retired psychologist says, "With my own grandkids … this technology is just part of their culture. Kids see heavy use of these devices as normal, and I think they know how to manage that stress … ”.
