Seaweed is the new kale: Hot food trends for 2016

Americans as well as eating more seaweed in 2016 will have more home deliveries of groceries, and some will eat the first legally approved genetically modified salmon. Fast food restaurants are making moves to make their menus devoid of artificial ingredients and additives, snack foods are more regularly being eaten as dinner, and ramen (Japanese noodle soup) has become the menu item to have in restaurants!
