Rewrap debuts compostable tree bag at Dutch Design Week 2015

The "tree bag" is made from fibres extracted from coconut husks, a by-product of conventional cultivation. Fibres are pressed with natural rubber to form a light, sturdy, and naturally waterproof fabric. In its natural state, rubber is fully biodegradable.
