Winners of the New Zealand Innovators awards this year included Precision Seafood Harvesting for their innovative harvest technology, Otago-based Scott Technology equipment that fully automates the lamb boning process, and Rocket Lab’s creation of a carbon-composite launch vehicle that will allow businesses to launch satellites into orbit more cost effectively than anywhere else in the world.
