Google’s Project Sunroof Will Tell You If Your House Should Have Solar Power

Solar panel pricing has decreased in recent years, yet the cost in getting an appraisal can be a turn off-putting to homeowners. With Google's online tool, Project Sunroof, homeowners can be guided as to whether they should invest. The program uses the preexisting Google Earth information and gives users a good idea of how effective solar panels would be on their roof.
