Students could collect choose a robot and analyse it using the following questions:

  • What is the purpose of the robot?
  • What human physical ability and or sense, for example, touch, sight, and so on, does it replace or enhance?
  • What is the short term impact of the robot on humans?
  • What are some of the likely long term impacts
  • What creative and critical thinking was possibly used in the development of the robot?
  • What knowledge and skills from technology and other disciplines could have been used in the development of the robot?
